That's tough to say. In this mix, we can also throw prosecutorial
misconduct and race issues, and I would guess that the public will
focus on whichever element most piques their interest or supports a
preconceived sociopolitical notion. From experience, I already know
that some rape allegations are either mistaken or deliberately false,
so I personally focused on Nifong's blatant misconduct.
